Upon contacting them, they not only refused a partial refund but also displayed reluctance to rectify their error. Escalating the issue to Alibaba became the only solution, highlighting their lack of accountability and disregard for customer satisfaction. Buyer beware: their product may be sturdy, but expect a battle if anything goes wrong.

The products are well made and good value, just be prepared to not receive what you ordered. I placed 2 orders with this seller. The 2 items I received are not the models I ordered. The seller claims that they decided to send different models for the best "experience for me". Now, i've had to escalate the matter under Trade Assurance to receive a partial refund. Seller agreed to a partial refund only after the matter was escalated. If you buy a red car, you expect a red car to be delivered, not a blue one because the seller thinks it'll look better for you.
